Our Admissions Process
We aim to make our registration process clear and simple for families. Please follow these seven chronological steps to complete your child's enrollment.
Online Registration
Online Registration of the child is initiated through the official school website portal.
Campus Scheduling & Appointment
An appointment is scheduled to visit the school campus along with the child. Parents must carry the original verification documents during this visit.
Interaction & Entry-Level Assessment
Interaction session for KG 1 & KG 2. For Grade 1 to Grade 9 & Grade 11, an Entry-Level Assessment is conducted covering English, Mathematics, and Science of the present class.
Timings for Interaction / Assessment: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (subject to the specific appointment details provided by the Admissions In-Charge).
Result Confirmation
The official result of the interaction or entry-level assessment is confirmed and communicated directly to the parents via call or email by the school administration.
Age & Document Verification
A final verification check of the child's age and statutory certificates is conducted (refer to the Checklist below) prior to proceeding with the payment and registration fees.
Operational Follow-Ups
Follow-up procedures are completed for transportation routing (obtaining Bus Numbers, route mapping, timings, etc.), alongside the official issuance of books, stationery, and uniforms from the respective departments.
Orientation Session
Orientation session is held for the child. The exact day, date, and schedule will be intimated directly to families by the school.
Required Verification Documents
Please prepare clear copies of the following statutory documents to proceed with payments:
- Attested Birth Certificate of the child (Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for certificates issued outside the UAE)
- Copy of Child's Passport with valid UAE Residence Visa page
- Copy of Child's Emirates ID card (Front & Back)
- Copies of Parents' Passports with valid UAE Residence Visa pages
- Copies of Parents' Emirates ID cards (Front & Back)
- Official Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (duly attested if transferring from outside Ajman / UAE)
- Copy of the latest academic Report Card / progress record from the previous school
- Up-to-date Child's Immunization / Vaccination Record card
